Mechanical Scope of Work: Provided labor and material to install a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) fan coils and condensing units, exhaust fans, split system cooling units, split system heat pump units, all refrigerate piping and insulation, all condensate drains, commissioning, mechanical demo, relocation of T-stats, test and balancing and support for third party commissioning.
